Why are some US gov't abbreviations called like that? It's retarded. SCOTUS, POTUS, FLOTUS, spingus... Doubly so, if you know Russian: scot means cattle, pot is sweat and flot is fleet. And -us makes them sound pretenious. E.g. "your anus"/"urineous" problem doesn't exist because the planet is called Uran, "oo-ran". I forgot what I was talking about.
