Plenty. 5ch is still around, of course. Also dozens of smaller ones. I'm kind of lazy so I'll leave it for someone else to dump a big list.

Of course there are bulletin boards are still somewhat popular in Japan and 5ch is the most active although they are not as popular as they used to be and most young Japanese people use Line Twitter or Facebook to communicate now but i will leave this here.
