The soft, subtle curves of the Bic Atlantis immediately alert the user to the fact that this pen is aiming for the luxury end of the disposable ballpoint market. Although I personally prefer the brilliant simplicity of Bic's classic Cristal, or Staedtler's stark Stick 430M design, it is difficult not to be at least a little seduced by the gentle lines of this pen's body. The rubber grip is chunky and, unlike the Cristal Grip range, does help to increase writer comfort. Still, as tempting as this little baby may be, I know it will never work out. I'm a Cristal kind of guy.
